Atlantic Coast Developers, LLC

Atlantic Coast Developers, LLC was founded early in 2004 as a partnership between Bill Sulzbacher, Eusebia L. Fink, Robert Abbasi and David Blitz. Atlantic Coast Developers was created in order to pursue retail, mixed-use, and single-tenant development as well as redevelopment opportunities in the southern United States. The collective experience of its principals brings decades of expertise in equity investment, finance, acquisitions, development, asset management, construction and leasing.

Current projects in addition to the Crossings of Carmel Creek include Avenues Walk, a Regional Activity Center (RAC) mixed-use project in Jacksonville FL; the Shoppes at Amelia Concourse, a Home Depot and Target-anchored center in Nassau County, Florida; Plantation Crossing, another Home Depot-anchored project in Clay County, Florida; and Branan Field Walk, a project consisting of nine separate retail, bank and restaurant parcels across from Plantation Crossing.
